Shop Rat at 2009 I Can Make It Summer Camp

Shop Rat Foundation works with Students of JAMA'S 2009 I Can Make It Camp
4th-6th grade students attending the 2009 I Can Make It Summer Camp not only got to take a spin on a Shop Rat Electric Wheelie Car, but they also got to build a catapult using a mousetrap and other materials during the Shop Rat segment of the camp.
The Shop Rat Foundation donated its time and resources to build projects with the attendees of the camp to further its mission of advancing the skilled trade industry by opening the minds of our youth through building unique and innovative projects from concept to completion.
Students then got to compete to see whose catapult could launch a tootsie roll the farthest.
The Shop Rat Foundation has participated in past I Can Make It Camp's put on by the Jackson Area Manufacturers Association and looks forward to working together in the future.
